Voltage divider on TMS, TCLK & TDI as SAM7 pins are not 5V tolerant.
Input pin 11 (BUSY) on most parallel ports has a pullup resistor to 5V,
which is in the range 1-2k. The zener clamps this to safe levels for SAM7S.
