Ich versuche gerade mit LTSpice eine Schaltung zu simulieren, wozu ich 
den BC559 benötige. Leider finde ich kein Model für diesen Transistor. 
Woher bekomme ich so ein Model?
Wo gibt es eigentlich Informationen zu LTSpice auf Deutsch? Ich habe 
noch kaum Erfahrung mit dem Programm und alles was ich finde ist immer 
Englisch geschrieben...

Wenn Du gerade erst anfängst, solltest Du noch nicht darüber nachdenken, 
wie man neue Bauteile einbinden kann.

Nimm doch einen der kleinen PNP 2N..., die beim Programm dabei sind, der 
Unterschied im Ergebnis dürfte nicht groß sein.

Mit google findest Du Dutzende von Erklärungen (wenn auch keine, die 
dich ganz am Händchen führen) auf deutsch.

Oder noch besser den BC557. Der BC559 hat genau die gleichen Daten wie
der BC558, rauscht nur etwas (1dB) weniger. Der BC557 wiederum hat die
gleichen Daten wie der BC558, nur ist die CE-Durchbruchspannung höher
(45V statt 30V). Da aber der Durchbruch (zumindest bei den LTSpice-
Modellen) sowieso nicht simuliert wird, kann einem das egal sein.

Wenn du also keine Rauschsimulation machst, wirst du in der Simulation
keinen Unterschied zwischen dem BC559 und dem BC557 feststellen können,
solange beide aus der gleichen Selektionsgruppe (A, B oder C) sind. Beim
Rauschen ist zwar ein Unterschied da, aber der ist ziemlich klein,
jedenfalls kleiner als die Exemplarstreuung. In der Realität kann man
also durchaus einen schlechten BC559 erwischen, der mehr rauscht als ein
guter BC557.

Du öffnest die Datei "standard.bjt" mit einem Texteditor und kopierst am 
Ende die unten angegebenen Zeilen rein. Das reicht dann erstmal für die 
wichtisten Anwendungen.

Lesenswert?

Vielen Dank für die Sammlung an Transistoren. Ich habe die Schaltung 
jetzt mit dem BC557 simuliert. Das deutsche pdf von Gunthard Kraus habe 
ich bereits gefunden, allerdings lies es sich nicht herunterladen. Jetzt 
geht es aber.

könntest Du Deine Transistorliste als Anhang posten?
Denn LTSpice kommt dem Zeilenumbruch, den das Forum hinzugefügt hat, 
nicht klar.
Wenn Du es als Datei anhängst, kann man es leicht in die vorhandene 
standard.bjt Datei kopieren.

Zum Simulieren geht wohl jeder pnp-Kleinleistungstransistor, der im 
vergleichbaren verstärkungsbereich liegt.
