To the OP:
Don't care too much about the trolls here. This place is full of people
without manners, self-esteem or any experience of life. They're full of
envy and prejudice towards everybody beyond their horizon.
But it's them making it no further than mummy's kitchen desk.

Despite the vast knowledge in the other sub-forums, this site is the
most negative and fatalistic place you can come across as an engineer.
So much drama, it hurts.
[This still keeps me from fully signing up here.]

I'd suggest you to have a closer look at the sub-forums (as far as you
could understand German, or use google translation). There's indeed
plenty of knowledge round here, and over time, you learn to divide the
pros from the wannabees. [The kind people take no offense in people not
talking German.]
When you spot somebody interesting, get in touch. You always meet up
twice, so it's always good to network, even here.

To the trolls: get a life. Schwachmaten.

@ Sascha
Thank you very much for your kind interest
Your ideas are logical. I will try to do your suggestions.

its nice to hear some good and logical voices in microkontroller.net.
Actually Im a member of e few international electronics &
microcontrollers forums. And this was first time that i have taken bad
response like that(from trolls).
Basicly, purpouse of these forums is improve our experiences together.
So its good way, to help each other; if we want someone to help us too.

thank you very much Sascha :)

You should avoid writing things like that in a public board.

Please let me explain what the problem is at the momen.
Many engineers in germany fear the pressure from foreigners because the
salary and conditions of work worsened in the last 10 years.
For example now we have big companys that borrow engineers to the
industry for little money with less rights than normal workers. Because
there are not enough normal jobs, lots of people have to work for
companys like that.

If you apply here, please work for a "german" salary. We have to feed
our children here too. What would you think if we came over to your
country and destroy your salary? Our government doesnt help us. In fact
they are telling us that we have too few qualified workers and would
love to let everyone in, but a majority of working people in germany
will tell you that this is a pure lie.

Peace!

Yes this situation same in other countries too, Most of engineer suppose
"because of china". But my own opinion is that number of engineers.
There is a lots of new engineer that has just graduated.

> i can work 1,5 year

I make this offer cuz i need experience in different work areas.
Of course when i got experiences then it will not be same.
Dont worry about this subject cuz engineer who need an experience is not
a serious threat :)) EMPLOYERS ALWAYS NEED SENIOR ENGINEERS

>we have too few qualified workers and would

This is just employement strategy of companies. If you want to prevent
this misuse you should be number one in your company.
We should think clearly and realistic about menager or boss.
