Power supply Unit 200 V DC

Hi.
I'm looking for a power supply device. The output voltage should be 200V 
DC. The voltage range can be betwwen 175 and 225V.
I need 5 Amps.
Input voltage: 230V AC.

How can I bulid this power supply unit? Or where can I buy one of these?

It depends on how much money you can spend, how much time you have, how 
much experience with developing electronics and how the further data
