setting fusebits for crystal

I've already read the datasheet on this topic, but I don't understand it 
really! Can you help me? I've got an ATmega128 and a crystal (no crystal 
oscillator) working on a frequency of 14.7456MHz ! How do I have to set 
the fusebits to use this oscillator? Thanks!
