If You are upgrading from version 1.2.BF.5.7 or earlier:

At the first start of the new firmware there will appear a popup with
progress indicator that informs You about writing the new FFT tables into flash.

This may take 10 minutes. Don't switch off Your DSO, take a coffee and wait
until it is done. If You interrupt this process it will appear again at the
next startup until it is completely finshed. After that it won't appear again.
