Hi,

it appears that ST is giving away a bunch of STM32 development boards 
for free on this year's SPS in Nuremberg.

On this page 
http://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/support/sps-ipc-drives-2016-registration-form.html 
it is possible to reserve an X-Nucleo board with all kinds of HW on it 
(motor drivers etc.). Only the Wifi version is no-longer available.

On that registration it is said that a free STM32 NUCLEO board is given 
away for free on the stand.

BTW I wonder why this combination of STM32 Nucleo base boards and 
expansion boards is not mentioned in this article
