New Development Board for Li-Ion/LiPo + Solar Powered Projects: ESP32-S3 PowerFeather

Hello everyone, I do hope my small self-promotion is ok here. I’d like 
to introduce a board I designed and developed: ESP32-S3 PowerFeather. 
It’s a low-power, solar-capable, Li-ion/LiPo powered development board 
in a Feather-compatible form factor.

In terms of features, you can think of ESP32-S3 PowerFeather as the 
combination of the following hardware on a single board:

- ESP32 Firebeetle (or any other board with low quiescent current)
- Adafruit Universal USB  DC  Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger - 
bq24074 (or other charging modules with ‘pseudo’ MPPT)
- Adafruit LC709203F LiPoly / LiIon Fuel Gauge and Battery Monitor - 
STEMMA JST PH & QT / Qwiic (or MAX17048 module)
- Adafruit INA260 High or Low Side Voltage, Current, Power Sensor (or 
other modules for monitoring supply/battery voltage and current)

There is an Arduino/ESP-IDF SDK to help users with the power management
