24V to 5V base on MCP19035 600kHz
Hello, I have design base on MCP19035 a dcdc converer of 15A @5V at output and Isat is 17,25A. making test as I receive the board, the board is working fine, but the tempetature increase up to 110°C at full load at high side transistor
falsch sein, sodass MOSFETs langsam schalten. Damit die Verlusten werden sehr groß. Apropo, MCP19035 zeigt fast ca. 20% Toleranz auf Schaltfrequenz. :-O Sehr breite Toleranz eigentlich. Ich hatte gedacht 10% oder weniger mittlerweile Stand-der-Technik.
