    Hallo Leute, für ein Grundig/Digimess PN300 Labornetzteil suche ich einen gebauchten/NOS DALLAS DS1220Y-150 NVRAM. Wer hat so einen RAM noch liegen(gerne auch komplett leer)? Die FRAM conversion Platine mit Ramtron FM16W08 SG scheint leider am timing zu scheitern, da hab ich schon alles versucht,
