Hysterese von ungefähr 1 Volt erzeugen. Wenn jetzt noch PNP-Darlingtontransistoren eingesetzt werden (BC516), dann können die Widerstandswerte nochmal um den Faktor 10 erhöht werden und der Stand-by-Stromverbrauch wäre dann nur noch ca. 10 bis 20 µA klein.

Bei einem Darlingtontransistor TIP121 wird Stromverstärkung hfe0 angezeigt. Bei einem BC516 oder vergleichbaren allerdings korrekt. Könnte das mit der Diode zwischen CE zusammenhängen oder hat das andere Gründe?
