Angeblich mach IXYS bald 600V GaAs-Dioden bis 100A. GaAs hat einen negativen Tempkoeffizent, Uf wird besser bei hoher Temp. Allerdings ist dann mit parallelschalten nichts mehr. Sic vs. GaAs muss man dann genau vergleichen was beim jeweiligen Design.

TFT LP mit IC ICE2AS01 defekt
ich habe hier eine TFT-Netzplantine, wo ich leider keine Schaltplan habe. Die LP wird duch ein "ICE2AS01"(IC103)" gesteuert. Der IC103 steuert den (Q101) MOS Transistor an . Ewigkeiten LUKS statt TrueCrypt. habe gerade einen 4GB Stick mit Luks präpariert. cryptsetup -c aes-cbc-essiv:sha256 -s 256 luksFormat /dev/sdb einschließlich Format als vfat hat das nur Sekunden gedauert, während Truecrypt einige Minuten braucht. Somit wirkt Truecrypt sicherer.

Riecht nach AES3 (balanced), insbesondere wenn im Gerät eine XLR-Buchse dafür verbaut ist.
