TFT LP mit IC ICE2AS01 defekt
ich habe hier eine TFT-Netzplantine, wo ich leider keine Schaltplan habe. Die LP wird duch ein "ICE2AS01"(IC103)" gesteuert. Der IC103 steuert den (Q101) MOS Transistor an . Der MOS wurde von mein Vorgänger rausgelötet, somit musste ich understellen das ein "11N60C2=SPP11N60C2" drin ist. Der wiederum

Hab übrigens das "Arduino as ISP" mit nem neuen Board getestet, Bootloader brennen hat geklappt, aber erst beim zweiten Versuch und ich hab auch gleich meinen Sketch auf die Weise aufs neue Board geladen, alles funktioniert wieder
