Step Up 5V -> 9V bei 100mA Kaskade!?
Es gab mal speziell für 9V den fest eingestellten step-up-Schaltregler TL496 http://www.datasheetarchive.com/search.php?q=TL496&sType=part aber der war für 1 bis 2 1,5V-Zellen gedacht.
Hallo maddin hab jetzt erst wegen "chinesich" nachgeschaut, ich hatte das englische mit 149 kByte zum TL496C angeschaut. Ja ich fürchte, der ist lange ausgestorben, war damals als Ersatz für die schwachen 9V-Akkus gedacht, mit einer Mignonzelle.
