Zumindest 7-Zip ermöglicht beim Zip-Archiv eine Verschlüsselung mit AES-256. Also ja: ist für deine Zwecke sicher genug. Das Problem ist dann doch wieder das Passwort zu verteilen, beziehungsweise sicher aufzubewahren. Viele Grüße.
