Ich kenne das hier verwendete soc nicht, aber ein Stichwort wäre TI mit simplelink (cc3000,cc3100, cc3200) Die haben Cortex m4 und wifi in einem Chip, funktionieren auch nach dem Konzept user-Applikation in externem SPI-flash.
