Danke für die Antwort. Anbei die Simulation und ein LM137 Modell. Ich habe (um das Modell kurz zu testen) die PSRR auch ohne die Beschaltung (bzw. die Cs) drumherum simuliert und da kommt ziemlich genau das raus, was auch im Datenblat vom LM137 hinterlegt

So einfach ist das leider nicht. Es gibt zusammengefasste Datenblaetter, wie fuer den LM137 & den LM337. Und dann gibt es Datenblaetter, die irgendwelche Namen tragen aber nicht den Typ des Devices beinhalten. Nichts destotrotz bevorzug ich original Datenblaetter, die ich dann manuell umbenenne

Spannungsproblem gefunden. Mit dem Stepdown Wandler LM2576HV werde ich die Spannungen begrenzen und mit dem LM137/LM337 die negativ Spannung generieren und entsprechend anpassen. An die jeweiligen Ausgänge dann noch eine Strombegrenzung dran und der erste Teil sollte geschafft sein. Gruß Tom

Hallo, ich möchte einen LM337 (der negative Bruder des LM137) digital ansteuerbar haben. Mein Gedanke war es, R1 mit 100K Ohm und R2 (Adj. im Datenblatt) wollte ich einen digitalen Poti nehmen mit 25K Ohm. Dadurch würde ein digitaler Poti für 5V max reichen

Versorgungsstrom tatsächlich 4 mA beträgt. Vielleicht gibts ja irgendeinen kleinen Fehler in der Beschaltung des LM137, der zu falschen Strömen führt. Evtl. hast du zu große Ströme eingestellt, die der Sensor nicht mag. Ich hab grade nochmal im Datenblatt des LM317 nachgesehen: damit 4mA einstellen zu wollen ist
