    Suche CDP6805E2E für Keithley 197

    In England gibts welche um die 20 EUR. Das ist mir zu teuer. In Bulgarien gibt es CM652P CM652 MC6805U2 MC6805 6805 IC für ca 7 EUR. Keine Ahnung ob das passt. Es gibt ja auch Geräte, wo dies einst verbaut war. So was könnte ich ja notfalls ausschlachten, wenn ich weiß wo das Teil drin ist.

    Den gab es auch schon als MC6805 in NMOS, ohne HC. 28 und 40 Pin DIL.
