ZIP-file containing source code for Tür Öffner seems corrupt

My WindowsXP machine can't open the down loaded file.

Can that be fixed?

It might be a good idea to write the link, where you donwloaded the 
file...

It has the wrong endig. Its not a ZIP File, but a RAR File.
New Versions of Winzip or WinRAR can open it.
