Weiß jemand, ob das ThermalPad unter dem Chip mit einem Physischen Pin verbunden ist? Wo in den Untiefen des Datasheets könnte es stehen? Wenn es mit keinem Pin verbunden ist, oder sogar mit GND, könnte man ja die GND-Plane damit verbinden, um eine bessere Kühlung zu bekommen. Auch müsste man das GND nicht umständlich drumherum Routen. Hat jemand Erfahrung und/oder weis wo es steht? Messen kann ich es noch nicht, Chip ist noch auf Reise. Danke 4.1.1 Special Consideration for Packages with Center Pad Flat packages often come with an exposed pad located on the bottom, often referred to as the center pad or the thermal pad. This pad is not electrically connected to the internal circuit of the chip but mechanically bonded to the internal substrate. It serves as a thermal heat sink and provides added mechanical stability. This pad must be connected to GND since the ground plane is the best heat sink (largest copper area) of the printed circuit board (PCB).
