Agilent 54622D oder Rigol DS 1052D

Das Agilent hat 4 oder 8 MByte Speicher. (Ich bin mir grade nicht
sicher)

The Agilent 54622D 2+16 channel, 100MHz Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope (MSO),
with two scope channels and 16 logictiming channels, uniquely combines
the detailed signal analysis of a scope withthe multi-channel timing
measurements of a logic analyzer. It lets you triggeron and view the
complex interactions among your signals on up to 18
channelssimultaneously. The 54622D is ideally suited for CPLD and MCU
basedapplications.

Mein ok hast Du.

DS1074Z -> 535,50 Euro. Der TO will das DS1052D, nicht das DS1052E.
