TFT screen and S1D controller

have an Hitachi TFT screen  cheap one, look at the datasheet.
In the datasheet a have 2 connection to made for the timing, the DTMG
and DCK.

I have an S1D controller like the S1D13706 (datasheet:
http://www.erd.epson.com/vdc/pdf/1376/tm/s1d13706tm.pdf) this
controller supports a 18bit TFT screen like the one this is.

But how must a connect the timing signal of the S1D controller to this
TFT screen, on the controller is the FPFRAME,FPLINE,FPSHIFT,DRDY excist
as timing signals.

I now had is done with a SED1375 look at
http://www.reachtech.com/display/slcd-kits.html there a kits made with
cld an a SED1375 for the LCD controls.

But how must i connect the signals to this TFT screen, please somebody
can helpe ??
