S1D13705(SED1375) and 18 bit TFT screen

Hello, I have an SED1375 and a Hitachi TX14D11VM1CAA TFT screen. The tft screen has a RGB 6 bit parallel interface so 18bits, the SED1375 can only handle tft screen to 12bit interface. My question is if it is possible to connect this tft screen to the SED1375 and so yes, where must i connect the other pins to of the TFT screen, can somebody give me a schematic or some explaining please? Patirck Hello Patrick, Yes, it is possible, just connect the "extra" bits to ground. but, because the S1D13705 has only 80Kbytes of RAM, you can only use 256 colors. Regards Mark,

Helle Mark, Wich bits much a connet to ground? i have 6 bits of each, so 6 Red, 6 Green, 6 Blue. Much i connect the lower 2 bits to the ground or the 2 higer bits to the ground? Regards Patrick Hello Patrick, I would connect the lower bits, for every color, to ground. Just use the 4 highest bits of every color.
