Well I found an IC with "ceve", see attached image. Second line "0061 53 HF F", same structure as yours, last line same number of digits

Micronas seems to have marked their automotive microcontrollers with "ceve",cdvn,cdvs ect. In the attached image you can see the corresponding data in the chart.
