Nein. Die 20% bedeuten, dass das Poti fertigungsbedingt vom festgelegten Wert 20% abweichen kann. D.h. zb dass ein 10K Poti -20% auch 8k haben könnte. Aber: diese 8k hat es dann immer und ewig. (na ja, es altert ja auch). Es ist nicht so, dass das Poti morgen plötzlich bei Endausschlag 12k aufweist

Etwas Rauschfilterung auf analoger und/oder digitaler Seite ist sicher kein Fehler.
