Ich suche ein Programm das seriell zwei Dateien binär (kein Text) 
vergleicht und mir überzählige Daten in der einen Datei anzeigt.

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
ABCDEFG0gaHIJKLMNxOPQRSTUbVWXYZ

Schön wär noch zusätzliche Info wie

0x00012: expected "H", found "0ga"
         continuing at 0x0000015 with "I"

schau dir mal Ultracompare an. das kommt auch mit Binary Dateien klar.

CTRL-Q.

Binary (smart) Mode (Mode menu)      
This option allows the user to switch the active compare to a block binary comparison (smart) regardless of what mode is active at the time this item is selected.  As opposed to a Binary (fast) Mode comparison which is byte-by-byte, this compare mode will show where there are matching blocks of code even if they are offset by inserted/deleted data and don't match in a byte-by-byte comparison.
