hallo liebe forengemeinde! ich suche eine schaltung für einen fm receiver im bereich von 170Mhz...hat jemand eine schaltung oder vl. sogar einen ic? danke! lg
Ein-Chip: MC3362 MC3363, wird aber nicht mehr produziert, ist aber im Online-Shop von http://www.funkamateur.de noch erhältlich. http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/M/C/3/3/MC3362P.shtml "It has been run to 190 MHz. If the first local oscillator (Pins 21 and/or 22) is driven from a strong external source (100 mVrms), the mixer can be used to over 450 MHz."
