the pinout for this connector as used by the GPIB standard can be found

wait a sec... i do remeber this schematic...
could it be that it's from the USB to GPIB adaptor by Bostjan Glazar of 
the University of Ljubljana?

if so, i've got some eagle files ready to be etched for you.
WATCH OUT, the connectors are to be soldered on the same side as the 
other smd parts.
