TeXmacs scilab-plugin funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

in der Anleitung steht TeXmacs fände eine scilab-Installation 
automatisch. Das hat bei mir nicht geklappt. Wie bekomme ich nun das 
scilab in TeXmacs eingebunden?

System:
Windows XP Sp3
scilab-5.22
texmacs-1.0.7.6
