Hallo zusammen kann mir jemand sagen: wo bekomme ich die MTTF Daten von einem Atmega16 her? in dem Datenblatt gibt es nur die wert von dem Lebensdauer bzw zuverlässigkeit
In der Atmel FAQ steht sowas zu MTBF, aber nichts zur MTTF AVR 8-bit RISC\ MISC\ Question What is the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) data for the AVR micro controller? Answer Mean Time Between Failures is an indication of the number of hours to pass between failures. Please find below the predicted MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) numbers of our micro's at different temperatures. The statistical calculations are based on current reliability qualification data in the "microcontroller reliability data package". Atmel has been shipping NVM parts for 20 years and Flash Micro's for 13 years. We have never experienced a long term reliability problem. Here are the MTBF numbers calculated from life test and data retention results: 65ºC 1.69x10e7 hours. => 1929 years 85ºC 4.46x10e6 hours. => 509 years 105ºC 1.34x10e6 hours. => 153 years

Hallo, auch ich benutze die MTBF Werte von Atmel. Dazu nehme ich eine MTTR von 8h und eine Annahme von 50% gefährlicher Ausfälle. Dann komme ich auf folgende MTTFd Werte: IC AVR Mikrocontroller (105 Grad Celsius): MTTFd = 306 Jahre IC AVR Mikrocontroller (85 Grad Celsius): MTTFd = 1018 Jahre IC AVR Mikrocontroller (65 Grad Celsius): MTTFd = 3858 Jahre Berechnungen basieren auf EN ISO 13849-1. Im Bereich der "random failures" in der Badewannenkurve, also bei konstanter Fehlerrate, unter der Annahme MTTR (oder auch MDT) << MTBF gilt MTTF = MTBF Gruß Eric

300 Jahre - das gilt aber wohl nur für den Chip selbst und nicht für die Platine und Lötstellen drumherum ;)
