Hallo, kennt jemand den aktuellen Stand der neuen LPC43XX Serie von NXP ? Die sieht ja sehr viel versprechend aus. Grüße.

Ich denke aber gehoert / gelesen zu haben, dass der LPC43xx nach dem LPC18xx kommt. Zur Verfuegbarbarkeit des LPC18xx kam vor kurzem folgendes: (nxp_marketing_usa - 04.01.2011 - 15:11) ... Okay, ich habe die Linecard gefunden: http://ics.nxp.com/literature/other/microcontrollers/pdf/line.card.pdf Danach wird es den 43er erst in Q3 2011 geben, also in 1-4 Monaten.

Es wäre interessant zu wissen ob die "direct NXP customers" schon bedient werden und mit welcher Gehäusebauform (BGA/LQFP).

Die Lincard wurde geändert. Angeblich Q4/2011 und Q1/2012. Ich schätze das wirde wohl erst in 3-4 Monaten etwas. http://ics.nxp.com/literature/other/microcontrollers/pdf/line.card.pdf
