Ethernut 3.1 debuggen mit Eclipse

Hallo,

beim Debuggen (Ethernut 3.1) von HTTP-Demo mit Eclipse und Turtelizer2 
unter XP bleibt der Debugger in crtat91_ram.s.

Ich habe alle möglichen gdb - Files in Eclipse Initialisaton Commands 
ausprobiert, es scheint ein Problem mit dem load Befehl zu sein.

Nach "load" kommt folgende Meldung:
No executable file specified.
Use the "file" or "exec-file" command.

Gibt's da noch Hoffnung?
