Hallo Obi Plal,
nimm Dir LTSpice und simuliere mal. Es sind ja nicht so viele unbekannte 
Widerstände. Einige Werte sind dabei leicht zu ermitteln.

Da findest Du sicher auch eine Reihe ähnlicher Schaltungen mit 
kompletten Angaben.
