PIC, Fehler Meldung bei MPLAB beim build

Hallo Zusammen

Die Fehlermeldung erhalte ich wenn ich Build All ausführe.
Kann mir jemand sagen wo der Fehler liegt? Bitte. Danke.

MPLAB hat den Compiler nicht gefunden. Das ist ein extra 
Installationspaket.
