ethernut 1.3g

hallo,

ich möchte gern ein lcd display (hd44780 compatible) an ein
ethernut 1.3g board anschließen.

in der beschreibung ist folgendes zu finden:

This is a terminal device driver for a memory mapped hd44780
compatible
lcd. It is connected to the databus / adressbus. A Chipselect is
generated
from /rd, /wr, and the address decoder. It is connected to the lcds
enable
signal. A0 is connected to the register select pin and A1 to the

jetzt hab ich allerdings keine ahnung welches bauteil ich für den
address decoder nehmen soll und wie dieser jetzt angeschlossen wird
und auf der seite vom m-can board kann ich darüber auch nichts weiter
finden...

vielleicht hat ja jemand von euch schon mal ein display am
ethernut 1.3g board angeschlossen und hat einen schaltplan oder link
davon;)
