Model in LTSpice einbinden Fehlermeldung

Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche mir gerade ein Model für eine Suppressor-Diode in LTSpiceV 
zu erstellen.

Ich bekommen num beim Start der Simulation immer die Meldung:

Can't find definition of modeL:"C:...."

Hier einmal der Inhalt der beiden Dateien, die ich erstellt habe:
