wine: AVR-Studio5 Fehlermeldung bei intallation.problem while trying to copy.$shtdwn$.req

Hallo!
Ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung bei installation des AVR-Studio5 
(unter Linux/wine):

Setup has encounteres a Problem while trying to 
copy:C:\.......$shtdwn$.req

Es ist wohl ein bekannter Bug. der vom winhq vorgeschlagene Workaround:

wineconsole aufrufen und

$ _SFX_CAB_SHUTDOWN_REQUEST=1 wine ./vcssetup.exe

geht aber nicht, da keine vcssetup.exe existiert. Stattdessen die 
as5installer....exe geht auch nicht (da es wohl ein Paket ist)

AVR-Studio 4.19 funktioniert.

Kennt jemand das Problem und gibt es eine Lösung?
