CAN Extended id on fujitsu MB96340 Series

Hello to everybody,

I want to program a CAN Interface with a Fujitsu controller MB96340 
Series which use extended id.
On the website of Fujitsu, there is no concrete ansi c example which 
show how to handle with it on the workbench.
Example are just with standard id frames.

Does someone already work with it? and could help me?
