C-Spy doesn't react and I can't do anything

C-Spy doesn't react and I can't do anything

I've written a programm in C for the MSP430F133 and I will debug this 
programm. I use mostly all I/O Pins. When I click the debug-button in 
workbench and start C-SPY, the programm gets loaded to the controller, 
but then there is no more reaction. There's only the red blinking hand 
in the under the menubar. What did I do wrong and how can I solute this 
Problem?
