Ram kann auch Daten ohne Strom behalten

Ich würde gerne den Thread

fortsetzen, einige glaube ja scheinbar immer noch nicht das Daten im Ram 
auch ohne Strom erhalten bleiben. Wenn auch nur für ein paar Minuten.
