ARM7 KEIL und PLL

Hallo,

ich habe mir von KEIL die IDE runtergeladen und möchte jetzt ein
kleines Programm starten.
Ich habe die startup.s von Keil eingebunden.
Wenn ich jetzt auf compilieren drücke erhalte ich folgenden Fehler:

ich gehe mal davon aus, dass der fehler im startup.s ist, wenn ich
nämlich linie 128 auskommentiere, verschwindet die fehlermeldung.
