auf http://0xff.at/pit/avr/ gibts fertig kompilierte
GCC 4.0.1 und 3.4.4 Toolchains für Linux.

Die Toolchains beeinhalten die AT90PWM2/AT90PWM3 Patches
von https://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?func=detailitem&item_id=3787.

C und C++ Support ist einkompiliert.
