Frage zu Enable-Pin (internall pull-up current source)

Hallo im Datenblatt des TPS57040 steht folgendes zum Enable Pin:

Enable pin, internall pull-up current source, Pull below 1.2 V to 
disable. Float to enable. Adjust the input undervoltage lockout with two 
resistors.


Was passiert den wenn ich über 1,2 V am Pin anliegen hab? Das ist doch 
dann nicht "floatend" aber müsste doch den Baustein auch enablen???
