16f887 RB5 als digital input

Hallo elektonik Freunde

Ich beschäftige mich gerade mit dem 16F887 und frag mich wo der Hund 
liegt, weil ich den RB5 nicht als input hinbekomme?

Habt ihr vielleicht eine Ahung was ich falsch mache?
