Hallo,

ich suche erfolglos nach folgenden Komponenten:

1.IR (International Rectifier) Diode 8AF4 N LV, Spannung 400 V AC, Strom 
50 A  AC(Cathode to case)       3 Stck.

2.IR(International Rectifier) Diode 8AF4 R LV, Spannung 400 V AC, Strom 
50 A  AC(Anode to case)           3.Stck.

Auf mouser.de habe ich beide gefunden, allerdings abgekündigt. Wo sonst 
könnte ich suchen?
