Strange timinig constraints error + Possible BUG in Quartus II 14.1.1

Hi After compiling the project with Quartus II. These timing constraint 
errors have been displayed:

Then when I click into "Report recommendations for this path" to analyze 
this error with time quest analyzer, the time quest analyzer gives me 
another error and it is closed automatically. Is this a bug of the 
program?? Find attached the screenshot of the exception.
