Hi,
From the Word A : 11 1101 1101 1101 0111  1101 00 with prescaler Value N 
= 256 and Frequency 16 Mhz the result should be calculated.

Can somebody help me?

Assuming A is a divider, and

represents a 24-bit divider value of
0xF775F4 = 16,217,588

16,000,000 : 256 : 16,217,588 = 0.00385384065744 Hz

Not sure if this is the result you're expecting...
