Frage zu GPIO STM32

So ich habe jetzt ein Programm geschrieben, wie ich mir das Vorstelle.
Aber ich finde den Fehler nicht weil ich noch kein PWM Signal aus GPIO 
PIN E6 bekomme.
Jemand eine Idee.
