TJA1043 CAN MODE State Machine

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this. Has anyone of you already worked 
with the transceiver TJA1043 and already implemented the can mode state 
machine in C/C++?

How do you deal with the flags. For example "clear wake flag"?
