IGBT Modul Isolierung

Hallo,

kann mir jemand sagen, ob der unten verlinkte IGBT ohne Bedenken auf 
einen Kühlkörper befestigt werden kann oder ist eine Isolierung nötig?

Aber im Datenblatt steht auch noch
Visol AC sinus 50Hz, t = 1 min 4000 V

Das sollte doch schon eine Aussage sein.
